You must also remember Malaysia is a country of walkers. They prefer jalan jalan to Singapore after disembarking from JB high speed train station. :)

U think they really willingly to work with Spore? Then how to pocket $$ when Spore side has strict accountant to jia-gag every cent spent... such a huge project can pocket lot of $$... why they care how ppl go kl from spore or jb?
