i like the corkpit one. all HDR?
i guess all of them except the A380 engine shot.
very nice. how did you do it? was it hard in the PS process?
how did you make the pictures look so cartoonish? can u teach me how to in photoshop?
thanks.
The pics are refreshingly different...
Love #8 the most....
All very nice, especially the propellor one.
wow.. #6 and 11.. i like!!
Waiting for the other pictures to be uploaded. Nice. Thanks for sharing, TS.
i totally like it...!
the effect is more appropriate in aircrafts i guess
#4 is very nice, esp the clouds. great work.
man, this is too unreal, i.e. too much photoshop, guess this is what u intended.
i feel the processing is overdone and makes some of the images look noisy or fake.
thanks for sharing though!
Hi mohgui, the A380 engine is also HDR, I waited for them crowd to be more settled and quickly snap the 3 exposure....thats why the people still have some motion blur....![]()
nice effect
nice weather for those shots. nice series. can't say i'm a big fan of HDR yet, some of your shots are quite nice and pleasing to the eyes, although may not be realistic.
Hello.. one question about HDR..
Instead of shooting 3 shots of different exposures, can you just shoot 1 in raw and use any raw editing software to change their exposures? This would ensure any moving subjects wouldn't get any motion blur right?
hey, there.... 1st of all, nice pictures from the airshow.... 2ndly, ur postprocessing reminds me of dave hill.... ever tried the pp on potraits.... it's near to dave hill but i think if u ever work on potraits, try using lightings and strobes plus your PP...
i'm eager to see.....
keep up the good work... bcoz u hv a thumbs up from me for this series!
I have seen HDR before, and I think ur pics are great. But as HDR, I think there is too much blue hue to your image. The green of the military vehicles are gone. Did u deliberately PS it that way? I think it would be nice to see real HDR pics of some of the blues, greens etc.
Hi nikkie, thanks for the compliment. I merged the exposures in photomatix and do the usual adjustments in CS, like level, shadow/highlight, brightness & contrast and curves and highpass filter sharpening.....thats about all. Hope this helps.
I am still learning and experimenting how to make such poster colour look a like pics.![]()
