got soak up la but mux not b too soupy, otherwise the texture of the taupok cannot be seen clearly.

same thing for the cockles!! laksa without 'hum' is indeed very weird! so, the highlight is all on the 'hum'! ;p

yup, all by myself... i'm a trained food stylist too. part of my training as a food fotographer is to learn food styling and shooting set-up for the food la.

sometimes i get help from the creative director, esp. on difficult and more 'high-profile' customers.

most cannot be eaten as they are either half cooked or 'extras' were added.

the 'extras' include oil, special kind of spray used on the utensils to keep the glare down... etc.

most importantly, my dirty hands touched and contaminated them. :bsmilie:

been a year plus since i last posted!

during this 1 year plus i've changed job and switched to another profession where i'm very very happy in.

the following fotos are experimental and shot with FujiFilm X10 with flash strobes.
