Is it me or has the new CS made pictures posted in PnP section undergo more compression than it usually does?

Somehow these images seem a little soft and im quite sure Joho's originals were sharper like his previous sets.

Anyway i like images #2 and #5

May i ask for the white fabric used in #2 was it your own or it happened to be there?
