You would need a tablet with a pen to have your handwritten signature digitally captured. Then save your signature as a image. So for images to have signature, you just need to overlay it with your signature image and save again. You can use a tablet PC or a wacom-type product to get the signature, thereafter, use any photo-editing software to do the overlay.

sign with a black marker pen on white paper, get it scan, convert and save into graphic file in any image editing software.

than add the signature into photos as a new layer, resize, change color according to your own taste.
