Sigma EF 500 ST

Thinking of getting this flash for my Dynax 5. Any users out there? I am not a fan of ADI or wireless. Basic TTL will do.

What impressed me so far is the high power(GN) of 40m for 50mm. This will come in very useful if an omnibounce or similar assessory is used.

I'm more interested in a swivel head and greater variability in power as well as a 17mm diffuser........ kekeke........ and of course compatibility issues...... my 3500xi seems to go through AA batteries like nobody's business........

Think it's $300+..... remember the price is between that of the 3600HSS and the 5600HSS.......

$300 + is the price for the Sigma EF 500 DG Super

theres another model... the Sigma EF 500 DG ST
which is about $150++ to $200


not sure if its usable for the dimage though...
better try first..

Sigma EF 500 DG Super works on both SLR and digital cam - does this mean Dynax 5 users can just buy the cheaper model?

or is the Sigma EF 500 DG Super better than the cheaper/older model?
