Sigma AF 17-50mm f/2.8 HSM DC EX OS user

Hi Guys ...

Need verification from you all who owned the Sigma AF 17-50mm f/2.8 HSM DC EX OS.

The issue is that when i held the lens vertically without powering on the camera and i shake it abit, I can hear some rattle/shaky/something loose sound inside the lens..

There is also quite distinct 'clang' sound when powering down the camera or 1 minutes of inactivity of the camera...

Is all this normal?
