What's the damage dude? Poisonous because planning to get a uwa :( thanks

well the damage for me isnt much because i got it from Hong Kong (non grey set-with International Warranty) for around $900+- quite a good deal for me compare to buying from SG.. if im not wrong its about $1.1k or smth here.

Not sure if it works thou.

Im a really noob photographer so please be gentle with your comments on my crappy photos and comment more on the quality of the lens :P Photo is As It Is Taken and not Edited.

For this shot, the barrel distortions at the corners are quite obvious. The 16mm ones looks fine though. Clean and sharp too. Im still trying to figure out how to avoid these distortions at the wider end.

Avoid straight lines where possible with super wide lens to minimise distortion. Such lens are good for landscape- nature photography. For architechture, its got to be composed nicely to give the special effect. A page which I came across recently.

For TS: Good job, keep the pics coming. Im tempted to get one myself after letting off my siggy 10-20.

and where would the barrel distortions be? I'm only seeing perspective distortion.....

Collected my lens from Cathay together. Really a good lens. Smaller than Sigma 10-20mm and feels more solid.

This is really wide and good. I don't see much distortions. If you want a way to squeeze everything into the frame. This is good.
