Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 ex dc marco/hsm

hi guys, i just gotten this lens 2nd hand recently. i also feel that it's now as sharp as my kit lenses. seems like an oof problem to me.

anyone who has the similar experience on this lens? does the service centre charge for calibration?

Using this lens on mine D90. it is sharp and size is compact. Its a great buy.

have you tested with a focus test chart?

yea.. i own both non-hsm & hsm versions.. both are sharp

Had the macro version. Great lens. Focusing speed not that bad, though not as fast as USM. Here are a few shots. Not using anymore cos on full frame.

If you want a lens that can do most things without losing an arm, this could be the lens for you.

seems to be that the sharpness and the focus seems to be out. i think i shot this at f2.8.

skill can be developed by practice & knowledge bro.. no worries
for me, this lens is worth for its price.. thaz why i keep both hsm & non-hsm versions..
by the way, i used to own a Tamron 17-50 f2.8 which is alternative to this lens..
may be u can check this out..
