Very loud Asian Koel (male)

E-M5 + Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8 + TC-200, i get 800mm FOV with this setup, but have to shoot at f4, i.e. f8 effectively, so good light is important.

My first attempt at birding and first real use of the Panasonic 100-300.

All taken at Gardens by the Bay this morning. It was a cloudy day.
I must say, birding is VERY FUN! I will definitely try again.

I shoot birds mostly with my Canon gear. But sometimes it's fun to shoot with light m4/3 setup.
Here are the Common Kingfisher pics captured on GH1 with m. zuiko 40-150mm, taken from Japanese Garden:

I'm extremely short sighted and apparently am unable to see birds when they are in trees...only when they are hopping along the ground, like this little ****...oh yeh, I hate birds...they **** on me always!

Moderator's note : I love your enthusiasm but do keep the language for hip hop in hip hop. There are reasons why some words were originally censored, and while the intelligent mind can beat the bot, there are still mods around. Keep shooting, and I personally appreciate your sharing and loving photography, just watch the language. Just doing my job, you know what I'm sayin'? Peace.

Awesome shots! I haven't got the courage to try my Sony birding gear with m43 yet. Maybe for video next time!
