used the following
VARI-ND (ND2-400) to control the lighting
a sony flash f-58 with yongnuo wireless trigger rf-602
Shot was taken at noon time, under normal circumstances, shooting wide open is impossible and even harder when the flash sync speed is 1/160 only.
