Yeah it's a 50+ years old vintage hood apparently.. It's really a beauty and the colour matches the X100 perfectly! I have many people staring at it and coming up to ask for a look. Very nice!

Zhou case costs about SGD 95.00. Hmmm ... it does touch the aperture ring but no issue with turning it.

I believe some or rather most of Zhou half cases bottom are fully covered... hence cannot use tripod (no attachment screw holes) and also, you will need to remove the half case to change battery...
But the leather quality is good..... look for matching leather straps at the other end of the shop....![]()

Yes, the Zhou case that I am using covered the bottom of the camera fully. No issues with that as I hardly use the camera on a tripod. But for those who does, do consider this as a constraint.
