there are many good condition leicas floating around. if you are patient, u should be able to find a good deal. :)

Was thinking of getting a M6 with Summilux 50mm used for 2K. Do u think it is possible? As for magnify of 0.72 and 0.85x, can anyone advise me on the choice? i like to shoot landscape and group photo more. Hope to find 1 soon. Heard of camera hospital? but do anyone know where to get it? some say pennisular.

Funny, I just saw one over the weekend where a Shanghainese guy was showing me his mint IIIg with the leicavit attached. Forgot what lens, but it was not the monster you had. Nice set there!! :thumbsup:

Joke aside, a Leica should never look like a monster, IIIg or MP, they should look beautiful.

The 'monster' was the lens - as in 'big'. No doubt the IIIg is a beauty.
