Having a digital M can start hop on to the bandwagon faster. For film, there is quite some work to do here and there.

My first RF is an Olympus 35RC that has been in the family for over 30 years. I had used it when I was little, but this is really my first real venture into RF after DSLR. Leica M9P with 35mm Summicron. Now I am holding back (or rather the dear wife !) urge looking at the 50mm Summilux. Good to see this RF community, learning a lot here.
