Did you inform them that you'll collect at a later date? From what I understand, if the item is unclaimed or undelivered for about 10 to 14 days (can't remember exact number of days), the item will be returned to sender....
I collected it!! 2 days after they supposed to ship it back to sender. The reason why it was still available was because the dateline was on the weekend, I called first thing in the morning yesterday once I return from China and they said it was suppose to ship out by the end of the day, lucky me! Will post pic soon.

Dave, I strongly recommend this book...I would rate it a "must see" photography book - Erotic and provocative, but not offensive, beautifully classic...Helmut Newton (Edited by June Newton, published by Taschen)...
