Looking at the bigger picture of how the photography services directory is progressing, the video service provider directory is going to be flooded with the same issues. I see no point in wasting bandwidth and resources just to set up a directory for the video section.
Everyone no matter pros, freelancers or hobbyists are just going to the directory and list down their services...even still photographers who owns a DSLR with video capabilities will try their luck and advertise their video services there.
With that, whether you'll be treated seriously or not by other readers is another issue since there are so many service providers to choose from. Moreover, the percentage of getting real jobs from the directory is unknown, and even if there are real requests, almost all the time are people trying to squeeze you out from their pathetic budgets.
