Should i go for Canon or Nikon

Want to get a DSLR camera.
But dun know to get Canon or Nikon..

That depends on you shooting habits. For those who shoot mostly fast actions or night scene, Canon is your choice. For those who shoot nature, architecture and landscape or still life, Nikon is great.

Canon - "marketing" mentality
Nikon - "engineering" mentality

if correct, i'm fooking glad i chose Nikon. imo always go for "engineering" company

Nikon and Canon both are OK.

Sony, lens and accessories expensive.

Just came back from Japan, realised that 90% of DSLRs I saw during the 7 days trip (used by tourist and Japanese) are Nikons.

Saw a few Nikon D3s too (used by Japanese retirees in a park in Oasaka doing some bird shoot).

now you realized that...3 years back when i was in japan on tour, it was around 95% dslr mostly nikons seldom see much canon dslr back then.
which kinda make me think that they are really nikon siao.
