Shooting direct at sun

[catchlights]

recently i tried this with a CPL..set to the smallest aperture available,f16..and i got the starburst effect~

CPL work well when the light source perpendicular to the axis of the lens (filter), aiming at the sun is useless. it will not make the sky any bluer, except cut down 2stops++
