I usually shoot with my photo buddy. I tink 2 just nice. Even more so if he/she is a good looking specimen of de opposite sex....and single :)

Care to share the reasons?

No one to wait on you and no one to wait for. No one to limit your creative shot and no one to tell you what you should be doing. The critics and feedback can be sorted for later, if desired.

There is much peace in solitude.

usually i do landscape...
i prefer alone...and late at night..no need to fight for position n stuff haha

So you prefer nighttime photography?

I prefer alone.

I tried shooting on groups on couple of times. Don't really like it coz it's a distraction. I can't concentrate or focus on my ideas with other PGs around me.

And I can take my time when I'm alone. I can wait in a particular place for something to happen. In a group, u got to keep moving.....

Yeah it happens to most of us.
When you're in a group, there's peer pressure coz everyone's waiting for you.
But when you're shooting alone, you can stay put for as long as you want.
Passers-by might find you weird, but who cares. You're never gonna see them again anyway.
Many times when I am shooting streets, I even revisit the same area in hopes of finding something new or to fill in something I left out

just shoot, doesnt matter group or solo :)

Exactly...that's why I prefer to shoot alone not even w my gf

Well... for me, anything will do. I do prefer to shoot alone or with a buddy or two. Shooting in large group however had is perks too. Recently been to two outings (CS outing) and learned alot from the seniors. Finally getting some of my shots right.

shoot alone ba... never try going out and shoot with people....
more time to walk around and can do whatever you like....

haha yeah if I shoot with my gf she's sure to go crazy over the boredom

it really depends on what you shoot :bsmilie:

What about her?

To have a non-photographer friend or family member with you, she/he has to have immeasurable patience and the ability of not pulling a long face while waiting for you to take that perfect sunset. Don't spoil your outing or hers/his unless you are on a holiday.

group is my preference :) no fun shooting alone, and no new friend too :D

Prefer to shoot alone.....can take my own sweet time.

So far been either shooting alone or in a duo... I think 2 person is just the right size, good to have some input on the shot you have taken. But too many and you will be getting mixed responses. Shooting alone is also good, because you can take your own time to compose your "perfect" shot without distractions. My personal opinion ;)
