aperture = F22
i not so much into the technical aspects of the lens... but it's 9 blades...
some info about the lens... can be read about here... to be honest.. this is the only lens i have now... cos i sold off all my lenses already...

yup... 9 blades...
but brother... i hope i don't infect you into a buy buy buy virus...
most lens are sharp after aperture of F8 to F11... so night shots with most lens can be pretty good... as for the star burst thing... a good UV filter helps (please correct me if i'm wrong)...
i'm using B+W... use hoya in the past... gives good results too...

i will if i can wake up in time...
i know pulau ubin pretty well... and it's durian season... can eat good durian and coconut there... but 8am is pretty early to get there... i think you are a canon user... but do read this... there are many debates over this but still a good read... i not really a fan of him but some things are true while others is subjected to personal opinion

i'm actually using a Full frame lens on a Crop sensor... but i like the focal range that it is giving me since it's the range i shooting most of the time...

thanks! =) yeah same here using ff lens on a crop sensor! na its just that my 24-105 isnt producing nice starbursts! haha guess i'll try a filter or just photoshop or something =p
