Do you mind sharing your flickr link or your settings? I like your shot a lot and would love to learn how to take such pictures. Basically a novice never taken it before so would like to learn what equipment is needed and how you managed to freeze the action at such low light condition.

Thanks samneway, glad that u like it. If u want to check the settings for each of the pics, just save the pic to your local harddisk and u will be able view the EXIF data. For my case, I freeze the motion mainly by using flash.

If you don't want to use flash, you can also consider getting one of those full frame DSLRs (D3S, 5D Mk2, A850, etc) that is capable of high ISO and also fast prime lens (F1.8 or lower).
