interesting...wouldn't bumping up shapness to plus 2 result in more noise?

i used to use either normal settings or contrast -1 with saturation +1.

It appears to me people using Ricoh GRD happen to take good photos....

Can anyone share with me the appeal of this camera?

This camera is very niche lah. Expensive wif prime lens. The agent for ricoh camera also not very big time, so dun have big budget kind of advert campaign...

i just started using snap mode as well..i find....it 'sounds' better when focusing...cause the normal mode makes too much noise, which scares me.

im wondering if thats the reason for the cause of grd lockups. :think: :sweat:

sadly most of my pics are in portrait orientation and also in IR....
