Perhaps, I might not able to toally agree with that.

Personally don't quite like glaring sun. Details are just lost with too much surface reflection and we can't use PL. Apart from the sky and alittle lack colour richness, phantasmal shots are very good. Not a problem since most digital tends to exaggerate colour a bit.

non dull sky doesn't mean the sun have to be there... it could be just a piece of clear blue sky.

anyway there are no one way of shooting, so i wun say that you are wrong as well. just that i find the picture a little too dull
