Canon 50 F1.4 LTM

nice vintage feel.. may i know what film was used?

Hey, the film used was Kodak Portra 400 VC:) Expensive film at $8.80 at Ruby, but worth it i feel. My go-to color film, with nice colour and fine grain even at ISO 400.

Kopitiam hero return

4954284942_f65952379a_z.jpg

shot with Canon IVSB2 with 50mm f1.5 1:1.5.
Didn't focus so well due to lack of light, 1/8 sec at f1.5 I think, but the rendition by this lens is just amazing, I know why this lens is so porpular now.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have recently gotten involved in the 'Leica' poison, after seeing some of the M9 raves, but unfortunately, I cannot afford a M9, and gotten myself an M6. But don't know why I'm a jinx to Leica or what, though I was extremely careful with my M6, I managed to let someone sit on it and made a scratch and cut the rubber eyepiece *heartache*. Then, to make myself feel better, I went to get Yoricko's thrashed up M4-2. While I was back from shooting one day I dropped the damn camera and made a dent on the baseplate. *heartache part 2*. Don't know I'm not meant to use Leica or what. Never did happen with my Canons and Nikons.

After hearing me yada all day long, here is a picture.

Caught this lady dressed in kimono while I was on my way back home. Really liked this picture, as it feels like I'm in Japan. Some dusts in the photo due to dirty scanner.

Can I suggest getting a Neck strap or a Wrist-Strap?

to make things worst and me looking more stupid, yes, all my cameras have straps. dont know why i ever dropped my m4-2. never did once in my years of photography. (well, maybe once. while i was really rushing for a shot. but just a light ding). perhaps just plain jinx.

Also I remembered I owned a Leica IIIc for a short stint. Did some crazy caffenol developing with the film:

Colour differences probably due to scanner trying to compensate for crappy exposure. More can be viewed here:
