Ha ha! Still have if I use the Nokton, still looking for the 52mm UV-IR filter.

Shot at Blooie's shows some.

A reproduction of a image can never be perfect.

No recording equipment I know as for now is perfect . Light or sound.

I am sure Imaji would want to print this beautiful image and my comment to his pic was

" gd composition but if u could clean up the pics.. The dust speck on the pics, can be easily done in any photo software"

so is that a encouragement??? or a hash comment ???

I guess everyone's standard is different. To me why not clean up a few speckles since the pics is so beautifully and well composed.

The strife to perfection is a individual desire to master an art. Nobody is a Master by born. HCB took thousand of pics to prefect his Art.

Don't see whats the big deal with some minor specs of dust. Not everything has to be perfect anyway. a nice composition/photo doesn't detract the viewer just because of some dust.

I feel that putting in effort and observe to every small details of someone's pics and adore the beauty is the best thing a viewer can do.

maybe thats why your flickr rating is so low.. I understand now

HaoGuang, I think your reply is offensive and totally uncalled for.

Photography to each and everyone has different meaning. And since u have offered your view, so be it. Doesn't need to "enforce" them onto others.

Have fun and continue shooting.. this is a small, nice and friendly community of RF users.. CHill and take the rant somewhere else..

Bro, I don't think it's necessary to personal attack someone like this, just becos he may not see it the same way you did. Infact, I don't think anyone here cares about the dust specks on Imaji's pic. I think what's important is we appreciate the composition and color rendition.

Not that we don't care about perfection here, but most folks using Rangefinder do not get as technical as the DSLR folksn due to the nature of our gears. Guess like what Sir Dan says, it's about the soul n not technical perfection.

Hope you will enjoy the stay, but please do respect each other here. Btw, my flickr rating is probably low too, but I don't care. It's just a documentary of what I see, my life.

Bro, can loan you my UV/IR first if you like. Pass it back to me when you manage to get one yourself.
