OCC was so-so...couldn't handle the koropok green
Ah a canon planar, sharper than I thought...was tempted awhile back with that, nice lens, very clean blacks and whites. Vince, your so-so is probably my yeah! definite shark...the only koropok I know is the prawn version :bsmilie: more from the summar

I like this Canon 50f1.5...BTW, I was using a yellow filter too.
canon 1.4 or 1.5? your earlier post mention 1.4... 1.5 is the sonnar and the 1.4 planar clone....if its 1.5 then very very sharp, surprising

Yeah that's what I heard... Very friendly pricing too
Nice light compact lens, the j3 is. Hardly feel the weight and unbelievable pics from something that feels so light. And cheap!
BTW Pic 4 is really nice, the bokeh seems to be smoother than my mf/rf planars... Hmmm I need to revisit them and compare. Interesting lens. I don't really like sharp sharp but this one perks my interest....

After looking at all the pics from dankwan, gommy, hacker , hookonclassic , zoomP and wongsan from their vintage lens .... Hope I did not miss out any one.
Re-kinder my fire for posting and shooting... Managed to dig out his old one.. Should be summarit or Benny's Canon f1.5 ltm . Was thinking of stopping posting and shooting for a year. Hahaha
