After seeing envire's and others good colours from ultramax 400, i had to try.
Real impressed with this consumer film.
How's the grain on your roll of Ultramax?
I actually like the colour of this film the most, coz it looks a bit more like my slides. Porta has a weird shift in colours that looks different (not that it's not good, just not to my liking). I tried Superia too, but somehow didn't like the look of it...

The grains' just a tad annoying, but i can live with it.
Yea the colours are impressive but a close friend also mentioned
that it has a character unlike slides.

As good as summicron? Dunno man, never tried before, no $$ to buy Leica, only can support Jap brand now :bsmilie:

Yep, I think all shot wide open except the first one, at that stage, I am just glad I didnt lose the camera! Thank god got strap!

I like this one too.. shows the hive of activity that was the makan area before the race started. love the composition of the old supreme court in the bg.
