love the golden tinge on the woman's hair..

Your shot inspired me to go dig around my old shots from Japan as well...found this one that i hadn't processed.

Somewhere in Kamakura if i remember correctly.

Very nice! The autumn colours in Kamakura certainly are spectacular. Here's one from me taken there in Autumn 2012 (Ektar 100, Apo-Lanthar 90/3.5, Zeiss Ikon).

Awesome Jon! That's my fav combi too, R-D1x + Elmarit 28 asph!

Cheers Ed. The fantastic little Elmarit 28mm ASPH would have to be my favourite lens for the R-D1x as well!

cambodia, either trix or portra 400..

shot with either m6/35biogon or m3/50cron combi.

Went to Western Australia for a getaway a few weeks ago with my R3M and Nokton 40mm. I used 2 rolls of Agfa Vista Plus 200 and developed it at the usual photo store I have been patronizing for half a decade, "Fancy Photo" in Bukit Timah Shopping Center. I used my Plustek 8200i to scan the photos and they turned out extremely grainy for some reason :( At least grainier than usual compared to other rolls I've developed there before with the same Agfa film.

My friend told me it could be due to the shop reusing some old developer chemicals that have been saturated which causes this batch to be very grainy. Is that a possible reason? I'm thinking of developing my film elsewhere in the future my past 2 batches of film developed by this shop came back scratched as well and had to manually correct away the scratches. Where in Singapore do most film photographers go to develop their film nicely at a reasonable cost?
