6am, Changi beach. It was dark, very dark. I saw some Hindus doing some rituals by the beach, I went back to the car to get my camera. I had ISO400 film and f2 lens, there no way I could take a photo because the nearest street lamp was 20 meters away. But I reminded myself that film is cheaper than opportunity, would't hurt to try a few frames. I set the shutter to 1sec and waited till I think they would hold their position for that same amount of time. I got quite lucky... Not perfect photos, but boundaries pushed for me because I hardly go slower than 1/8th

Bessa R2M, 35 Summicron, Ipford HP5, Rodinal 1:100l(film under developed because I screwed up the dev time)

Spiral (Konica Hexar RF + Voigtlander 35mm SC)

Love the first shot. Really awesome.

Thank you, just a lucky shot. It was an eye opener for my daughters, we sat on the grass and watched the entire ritual.

Here's another frame

Here are some RF shots with my Hasselbald Xpan. This was done on a trip to Lo Manthang, Mustang in Nepal.

U couldn't possibly have hand held this ? Leaned against a tree ? The slight blur adds a touch of mystic surrealism . I love it !

Nope, just hand held. There are some techniques where you can stabilise the shot with the help of the neck strap, but I'm using a wrist strap instead.
