this morning at 12.30am, i was wandering around temple street and its adjacent lanes.

m4-p with canon 50/f1.2, Neopan 400 in Microphen, developed in 1+3 dilution for 7mins 15 seconds.

I forgot to bring my light meter, so I guesstimated the Exposure at 1/8 or 1/15 and f1.2 at iso 400.

It turned out that the lights were blown, so in retrospect, I should have used 1/15 or even 1/30

However I was thinking, how would i measure light if I had a light meter ?

Should I meter the brightest part and maybe open up 1 or 2 stops or should
use an incident meter.... Hmmmm

need to do more tests... dun want to use the cliche but i felt like a voyeur walking around
the massage girls and restaurants closing shop and old men drinking stout...
