Really like this shot. Very Very nice. The mood is well captured, can tell the photographer is having hell lots of fun there. Interestingly your arms' angle are in sync with her flower garland.

I know very little about RF cameras.
Only got one to play around with the RF way of focusing.
I think its called the Industar N-61? (the 53mm f2.8 one).

Can't remember the film (should be T-max)
