Decided to swing by after Anna's class to Barrage since it's been awhile. There is a Heal the Earth event going on there, so managed to capture some nice mom-daughter moments.

M9 with my favorite lens!

nice bro:thumbsup:

a few more outdoors

Nice pics. :) Sometimes I wonder if I should just sell off all my M4/3 gear and just grab an M8.

Anyhow, I was in Washington DC recently visiting people and touring etc. and did some shooting. Here's some of the recently developed pics.

Charge Men!

Everyone is taking photos

The horseman and his lions.

Kodak TMax400 film used. Some post processing on the 3rd pic. Somehow there were some small scratch marks despite me using a glow when doing the squeezing...

Skip that... either you go straight to M9 or just use your Bessa... :bsmilie:

Nice picture of the mother & daughter! I'm sure she feels the money on the M9 is well spent.

BTW... did you meet Kuan Yew this time? :bsmilie:

shot on Ilford FP4+ developed with Diafine 3+3

Mr ZoomP, you have a beautiful wife and daughter. That in itself is worth countless M9s. :D

Thanks guys!!! NazgulKing, M8 is just fine with u are ok with teh 1.33 crop sensor and UV/IR filters.

Chiif, what M9? ;) Nope, no SM this time round. Just a bunch of school kids on a Sunday helping raise awareness on global warming.

Was at the Chinatown shoot but could hardly get any CNY-type of shots.
Here are some shots from my favorite Chinatown spot.

u shot at different iso settings on the same roll? Then how did u develop them? Each time u changed iso u marked it down and develop that section separately?

one roll...different ASAs...same developing time.
That's the beauty of Diafine:thumbsup:
This developer can handle an ASA range from 400-1,600 reasonably well.

Diafine is magic! It is slowly becoming my favorite developer.

I agree, it's magic.. pity u can't buy it locally, would definitely recommend to someone wanting to try self dev for the first time.. it's totally idiotproof..

:o I'm so going to get it. It's a royal pain to stick to strictly ISO 400 on a single roll of film especially when on trips.

Just a question though, what do you mean by 3 + 4A + 4B?

Nice pics! :)
