I use trx 400 / rodinal , 5ml + 495ml water , 21min at around 20 to 23c water , stop bath 1 min , fixing 5 min , hypo clear 2min after that rinsing with tap water.
Hope this info helps , I find developing at long dev times tends to produce lower contrast but results very stable and grain very well control. When scan , I put less sharpening on my v700. Look less hash to me and if need to add sharpening , later add and its easier to control.
