Excellent shot!

Some shots from my very badly developed ones from yesterday. The film had jammed in the reel, can read the full story in the darkroom sub forum ;)

Hi pixelbrain, only 2 usable shots from entire test roll and bad parts cropped too! The staining was terribly uneven, I think I made a mistake in the proportions as well as not mixing the solutions well..next round I'm adding vitamin c to shorten time (typo should be 19mins). The entire roll was almost fogged.

Yeah this costs more than a venti lo fat cap.... and only the emulsion enjoyed the kick :bsmilie:

saw this link on the hkflc site about "Developing in Coffee" http://photo-utopia.blogspot.com/2007/09/developing-in-coffee.html...

interesting formula:)

hi vince, thanks for link, Ive been using another resource, yours has a different formula and different agitation scheme, will try that too...my second roll was an epic failure due in part I used the bad batch of lucky 100, splotchy and very uneven development, still had image though, even with vitamin C I think I need longer dev times....negs didnt turn out like his shots, so clean...:dunno: anyways messing about with staining and hybrid developers now, next salt for Tri X and vitamin C/borax for rodinal...;p

Fujica V2 - performed admirably on its first roll of film!
