went for his 'workshop' today as a friend wanted to go.. turned out to be more of a show & tell on his career, and shot's he's taken.. nice to meet one of the surviving veterans of nat geo, but ain't worth the $50 entrance fee...

only useful thing i learnt is, professional travel & documentary photographers are a dying breed..
& though he professed to have fully moved to the digital workflow these days (read canon sponsored), all the photos he showcase were shot on film, mainly kodachrome.. ;)

He is really sweet. He pulled me over to one of his drawings posted up in the classroom at one of the orphanages we dropped by to help.
