seems something goes wrong in my developing... seems to have lose alot of shadow and highlights detail..

Mamiya 7ii, 65mm, Kodak Ektar

The New Portra 400 colors look lovely, I love the muted and almost pastel tones of them. I've been shooting Portra 400VC regularly, it pushes very well too! I'm sure the new Portra 400 is gonna be just awesome!

not sure if the 400 can be pushed..but frankly speaking...its almost $8.90 per roll...
i could have top up abit more or get similar price for the kodak e100vs...

Maybe a few rolls for fun..plus de color don seems to work for all things...

Real punchy and nice colours from the E100VS! Can almost smell and taste the cherry tarts...you have a good eye for subjects!

The person who takes it plays a part as well...the lighting control etc..haha..i can imagine how many times the meter is used per frame...

By the way, for slides, the exposure shld be accurate right? or is there a need to over expose by +1ve?

lol metered once per frame la.. slides are very fussy to expose.. for closeups I normally take an incident reading, seems to be pretty spot on..

landscapes will have to take a reflective reading and decide on exposure based on zone system.. still working on my exposure selections for the latter, as they usually result in under-exposure..
