with my formula 1+167 i can dev at 29C without doing any solution cool down![]()
Apologies for asking. Could you explain 1+167. Dilution? Thanks in advance. I'd like to try room temp dev without cool down as well. Stand?
thanks!

Instead of developing at 20C or 24C at 6 min for example, I increased the dilution to compensate, but just before the brick of developer exhaustion.
So 3ml Rodinal for every 500ml of water.
Normal gentle inversions![]()
Ah dilution, little like stand. Do you agitate 1st? I really like the tones. Thanks again oh and how long?
just gentle in versions for 10 seconds every 1 min
Wah, not using waist level finder? That means u would have to have been lying down on the sand to get this shot?
Nice photos btw, love the bike shot!
Thomas...tell me you don't just love mf! Pure unadulterated photography... Great dev btw:thumbsup:
woah... you cycled to ECP w your Hassy around your neck ?![]()

Some serious poison in this thread! I really need to buy my self a new MF camera, I sold my YashicaMat 124G a few and replaced it by a Rolleiflex 2.8E Planar but unfortunately I got stitched and it is completely inoperable... I still have tons of film to shoot!
I just can't decide between a Hassy 500cm with 80/2.8 or Bronica SQ-a with 80/2.8 or Bessa III 667... Decisions decisions...
Ooo....I vote bronica, it has a really unique look that the other don't have. Sort of dreamy, retro. Hassy and b3 sharp sharper and sharpest.
Yes, I agree colours from the Bronica lenses are very special and I really like them! The Bessa is very impressive but has a fixed lens and is very expensive. As for the Hassy, not much to say, you can't go wrong with a Hassy I guess.
I am going back to HK at the end of the month and I might treat myself to an early (very early) birthday present!
