Beautiful.... Can't wait for my Makro Planar to arrive...
alucard, the pics looks really sharp and clean... Almost like grain less.. Iso 50???
about 1 to 2 meter.
looking at ur pic's and boochap's... thinking of doing macro too, hahaha..
from the look of his setup..
I think will stick to my RF and compact camera... OMG , its huge !!!!
and now I know why Master Boochap is so fit.. He work out with his 503cm![]()
Haha, it's big but not very heavy, extension tubes are just ... lightweight hollow tubes. Hassy's tubes are excellent, affordable, stackable, very high quality alternatives to macro lenses. Hassy had some close-up lenses, discontinued for being inferior to tubes. Rollei's close-up lenses are good on their TLRs, though.
I have some Leica M close-up lenses ... I guess the designer was dreaming, close-up lenses on an RF :dunno:. But I was having a nightmare worse than the designer, because I bought them .
On my MF RF, for macro, one needs a tripod that will never ever move, ground glass to look through and focus, taking it out to replace with film back, shoot ... argh. RF definitely not conducive for macro ... great for handheld Infrared though.
