Seems like the pancake is one of the Beijing folks favorite breakfast item. This pancake is opposite our hostel. They start operating around 7am and you can see the folks staying nearby coming over to buy their pancake. We bought a few to try and they are pretty good. Similar to roti prata without the curry.
