Hey, I used this light, bought it second hand from a studio guy. Shutter speed with this light and under ambient room light was 1/15 at f/3.5.

Jon, I changed the picture to a similar shot haha.

1 hour exposure - 15 minutes before sunset with ND110 @ f/8, 45 minutes after dark @f/11

Shooting a small running event so set up my LF there as well.
