Hi,
I am looking for a photographer to carry out the following in the effort to build an online shopping site:
Summary:
1. To take photographs of hardware and household products
2. For branded items, no photo shoot required, just download stock photos
3. Upload the photos to the online portal
4. Complete by entering the description of each product
5. More than 10,000 items
6. To commence on 4 Apr 16 and to complete by end July 16
Budget :
Minimum:
SGD10,000 based on 10,000 count. Variation Order applies for quantity exceeding that
Client:
A Hardware retail chain with more than 15 shops in Singapore and 3 in Malaysia
Photography requirement:
1. 3 shots for each product
2. Lighting is required to ensure the prints on the products are readable
3. To achieve maximum depth of field
4. No artistic requirement
5. To show as clearly as possible
6. To retain the original colour and proportion
Description requirement:
1. Title - usually consist of the Brand - Model - weight
2. Details : Product dimension - colour
3. Functions
Equipment requirement:
1. DSLR
2. Lighting
3. Backdrops for products
4. laptop
Location:
Near Woodlands MRT
Working space:
One bare 200 sqft room with tables, air conditioned
Payment:
1. Every week on Monday based on the number of items uploaded as of the day before (Sunday)
2. 10% retention for each payment, payable within 7 days of full completion
3. Mode of payment cash
Timeline:
Now till 8 Mar 16 - Interested candidate to visit the warehouse to understand the product and collect the tender document
15 Mar 16 - To submit tender by 5pm in person in sealed envelop
17 Mar 16 - Tender interview
24 Mar 16 - Award of contract and signing of agreement
4 Apr 16 - Commencement of works
11 Apr 16 - First progress payment
1 Aug 16 - Last progress payment
8 Aug 16 - Release of 10% retention
