U just need to point ur Hao Siao at them and whack at 8fps. ;p Try higher shutter to freeze motion blur. 1/1000s or more.

f-stop depends lar, to get higher shutter u can open up more, its a balance btw f-stop and shutter, cannot too shallow DOF too. aperture say btw f4 and f8 shld be alright for flights. Or u can use full manual mode. Dun be afraid to experiment wif settings.

some shots i was at f8 but still cannot get whole bird in focus.
guess its my technique.

was reading an article about the dynamic group focus.
think my settings maybe wrong.

need to look into it again.
