No offence.. but I feel this loses the background's definition and depth of it, the unnecessary space behind the couple brings more attention for the average viewer (?) rather than forcing the view by blurring the frame not with the couple (?).

In fact if you like, can just do a minimal radial blur and change the opacity lor...the background will still be as clear
