what do u guys think of shooting an event with other 2 official photogs (total 3 official photogs)? we do not know each other and yet were hired by this company to shoot.

sticky part is the company is too big and expecting quite a big turn out.
now, as i m hired by this person X from dept x. this person X wants me to take photos for dept x only!! and the prob is how the heck am i gg to recognise them!!

in order not to 'cross over' to the other dept (which is covered by another photog), i guess communication between 3 photogs should be est first so that will not hv any arguement during the event.

any1 experience this? just share yr experience here.

the 3 of you need to tell the ppl that hired to get the diff depts to ID themselves with either a dress code or armbands. They got probs with internal communications man. When all else fails. Shoot everything and then sort it out afterwards.

guess your only way out is to take everything and let the guy who employed your service to choose those that are from dept x loh..other wise you can only safely determine they are from dept x from the tables they will be sitting at
