1. Follow the diet that the doctor advised?
2. Don't take anything cold?
3. Avoid aircon?
4. Take your medication and don't eat white radish?

My guess is that you didn't... :nono: Or else your condition really jia lat.

If you still have not recovered when your medicine finish (I guess by this Thursday), tell the doctor you really need to recover as you will be in and out of aircon rooms. Tell her that I recommend that you get the needles; six I think is just nice :think: :sweat: :bsmilie:
