From my company's memo on Big Walk.
For those who are driving, the closest places to park your car are:-
- Housing Estates Carpark around the National Stadium
- Carpark at the Old Kallang Airport

For those not driving, you may take the MRT to Kallang and walk to the National Stadium (approx. 5-10 min walk).
Free Shuttle Service: May 21, 6.15am - 7.15am
Pick-up point at following MRT stations:
- City Hall
(St Andrew's Road opposite Padang)
- Dhoby Ghuat
(Bus stop next to Plaza Singapore, Orchard Road)
Road Closure
Stadium Drive 6.30am - 11.30am
Stadium Crescent 6.30am - 11.30am
Stadium Road 6.30am - 11.30am [Start/End Point (Fun Walker)]
Stadium Boulevard 6.30am - 11.30am [All participants will take this route onto Mountbatten Road]
Mountbatten Road 6.30am - 10.00am [All traffic going towards Geylang will be directed to the right lane of Mountbatten Rd going towards Katong, this side will be converted into a 2 way Rd. CISCO will direct traffic at both ends.]
Nicholl Highway 6.30am - 11.30am [All lanes towards city and towards Geylang]
Esplanade Drive 6.30am - 10.30am [2 right lanes both ways to be closed for walkers. Walkers will "U" turn at Fullerton Junction back to Nicholl Highway. CISCO will control Stamford/Bras Brasah/Fullerton junction]
Stadium link 6.30am - 11.00am [Walkers returning back to the National.Stadium from Nicholl Highway Competitive walkers will finish in Car Park A]
