They dun understand plain simple English, try your hometown language. I kenna this kind of buyers before, i tell them not to offer below the min bid, then they still quote me a price waaaaaaaaaay below the min bid or they will say XXX is selling this price and ask if i can match, i just tell them, go buy from XXX lor since price is lower than my min bid price.
