It's a fact what, paying so much just for accurate colours? Don't forget it's still a sensor.

D70 also produces great colours what. Paying 3K for one blardy sensor is waste of money. Functionality, speed, nothing beats the other models. Waste of $. Totally.

unfortunately, or fortunately, there are people who will pay 3k for a blardy sensor. just like there are people who will pay 7k for 12.4MP, 6K for 8fps, 30K for 22MP... right tool for the right job.

well, fuji cams are not designed for speed, and they never claimed to have. different tools different purposes.

eh. u are talking to a person who straddles the divide. i more or less know the good and bad points of nikon. colours out of nikon system, IMO, needs careful massaging to get the best results. its good. but, needs to PS/NC it for better results. some 'lazier' folks like me prefer excellent colours straight out, and won't mind sacrifices elsewhere.
