I just came back from J8, see how lor, later if my newphew not here too early probably can go , else stay at home koonz/rest/watch VCD.

If you take care of your equipment then i don't see a need to. Not cheap for the AppleCare. If you want to sell it off next time, you might have to sell it off at a higher price because your APpleCare is tagged to the product which you hold.
 

Think get the applecare just before product warranty over better, isn't it?
 

AB: I take good care definitely, but just wondering if it's a good idea to purchase for sake of piece of mind?

AppleCare can only come into effect within a certain period of time after you purchase the item IIRC.
 

FOr me i won't buy it, unless i not i am going to utilise till the max until the parts break down easily lor. If you buy it and during the AppleCare period nothing happens to it, the money would have gone down the drain. It's like an investment without any returns.

I was looking to keep my Book for 3 years at least, like what I did with my laptop before selling it off. Just wondering do Apple parts break that easily? If they don't the warranty is of course not worth the purchase :think:

Get apple care...then nearly warranty gng to be over, throw on floor & make then fix :devil:

So far my previous ibook lasted me 1 year without and problems.

Guess I will buy the apple care one month before expired .... :sweat: Dont think so want to take the risk due to the recent encounterment ... :cry:

According to a spokesperson @ PA Mart @ SLS, they claimed must buy within 2 weeks of purchase? :think: :dunno:

BS... u can walk into any apple care centres and buy it. just need to show them the receipt of ur PB purchase.
