I got it from skyestang...
You might wanna try our guys here, think some of them wanna let it go
But if you wanna a gd one and dont really mind about the price, then get the newton :thumbsup: ..it cost a bomb of near $400

But truely speaking, I had not got much use of he falconeyes after I bought it :bsmilie:

which one would you all prob get?
are they all comparable in terms of sharpness, speed and bokeh etc?

Depends on what u want to shoot lar, and whether is it mostly indoors/outdoors? Stage events? Low light? :dunno:

Also whats ur current lens lineup? Best is make sure no overlap (if possible).

arcanic - the 85/1.8 is a good buy. pretty 'affordable' (if u call $600+, new, affordable...). why not be patient and wait for a good 2nd-hand deal?

alex - actually, there's no too long or too short for a portrait lens (u know me, i dun subscribe to the idea of a 'portrait' lens). last yr at russell wong's workshop, he was telling us dat sports illustrate shooters use 300mm to shoot their models outdoors. and we are complaining 135 is too long... :sweat:

Use 600mm f4 is da best! Really can isolate the subject and the bokeh is super swee...maybe even better than the 135mm f2. :bsmilie:
